How does Catalyst use AI in its own work?

How do you decide how much AI a solution should use?
Each solution is placed on a five-level scale, from AI-led, where AI runs it end to end, to non-AI, where the real need is people. In between are AI-accelerated, AI-assisted and human-first.
Our AI deployment is not paying back. Can you help?
