What does Catalyst do for healthcare and pharma companies?
We research with patients, caregivers and clinicians, define the proposition, and design and build the products that serve them: patient apps, caregiver portals, clinician platforms, product websites and the design systems that keep global delivery consistent.
Have you worked on regulated digital products?
Yes. For Otsuka we designed and implemented the digital ecosystem around the first digital pill, across patients, caregivers, clinicians and regulated touchpoints. The ecosystem supported FDA approval of all digital assets.
Can you work at global scale?
Yes. For Pfizer we built a unified global design system, supported an internal center of excellence with education and training, and delivered consistent product delivery across web, mobile and therapeutic products worldwide.
Do you work with providers and services as well as pharma?
Yes. Our work includes donor acquisition and retention for CSL Plasma and a cognitive screening platform for Eisai used across clinical and wellness settings.
